Cancellations:
For same day delivery cancellations - Customer is required to pay a $25 cancellation fee, if customer neglects to cancel appointment before driver arrives to pick-up location.
For scheduled appointment cancellations - Customer is required to pay a $65 cancellation fee if customer neglects to cancel appointment 12 hours before driver arrives to pick-up location.
Cancel your appointment at:
Type "Cancel" in the Subject box. Then in the body type, your Name, Phone number, Pick-up time, and Pick-up address.
Notice:
All appointments are 65 minutes (1:05 hrs.) long. Any appointment last more than the acquired time will result in an overtime fee of $1.30 per minute over allotted time
